Buckwheat honey is the darkest among all floral honeys, and it is full of nutritious ingredients, minerals and vitamins.
It is made by bees collecting and processing nectar from buckwheat flowers. The result is a very nutritious honey with a penetrating taste and aroma, in various shades of dark color from copper yellow to almost black.
